Somatic Awareness

In the busyness of everyday life, it’s easy to lose touch with our own sense of wellbeing. We often push through stress without pausing to notice how it affects us, leaving us feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from ourselves.

Somatic awareness helps you slow down, tune into your body, and regulate your nervous system, creating a steady, grounded calm—even in life’s most challenging moments.

When combined with mindset coaching, which helps uncover and shift limiting beliefs, somatic awareness becomes a powerful ally. Instead of staying in reactive patterns, you gain the tools to process stress, deepen relaxation, and feel more connected to yourself.

I incorporate somatic work selectively in my coaching programs, drawing from my 20 years of teaching and practicing yoga and meditation.

Somatic awareness involves tuning into your body’s physical sensations, helping you recognize stress signals early on. By being more aware of these signals, you can regulate your nervous system which helps:
