Awaken your spirit to adventure

Hold nothing back, learn to find ease in risk

Soon you will be home in a new rhythm

For your soul senses the world that awaits you

~ John O'Donohue

I grew up in Dublin, and being an expat, I’m proud of my Irish roots—while also loving living in the US. When I first moved 28 years ago, I was drinking too much, smoking a pack of cigarettes a day, and generally causing trouble.

Immersing myself into a different culture gave me a new lens through which to see my life, and with therapy (specifically CBT), a big breakup, and essentially growing up, I was able to quit smoking and drinking, take up yoga, and "clean up my act."

However, I believe myself to be the same rebel today as I was then, I just channel it differently.

After trying to conform to a work environment that was not healthy for me, I eventually quit my publishing job of 14 years. At that time, I had discovered coaching, and that's what helped me find the courage and self-belief to make the break. I didn’t know what I was going to do next, but I knew that whatever it was, it had to be something I loved.

As I continued to experience the transformative power of coaching, I wanted to dig deeper, so I immersed myself in a coaching program. It wasn’t long before I knew I wanted to share what I was learning, and in 2020 I went all in and became a coach.

There's nothing I love more than sharing the tools of coaching with my clients so they are empowered to make the changes they’ve always wanted—but have never quite known how to do. I love seeing their aha moments, their profound shifts from self-judgment into self-compassion, and their inner transformations that turn their dreams into reality.

Following someone else’s rules was never a good fit for me. And while it’s not always easy, making my own rules and showing others how they can do it, too, allows me to say, hand on heart, I love what I do.

If you're ready to carve your own path to make lasting change, breaking the patterns that have kept you stuck, so you can finally FEEL BETTER and get the life you want, you're in the right place. I can't wait to meet you!

Sandy Rose

Sandy was born on March 10, 2011, at Brackenhollow Stables (also a family-run golden retriever breeder). I found the stables when I first moved to Seattle, where I was looking to reignite my childhood love of horses. I fell in love with Sandy instead. For 12 years, Sandy was my heart—she still is, and always will be. There’s no way I can talk about my life and what has led me to where I am today without honoring her and the joy she brought. My best girl, Sandy Rose, your legacy is love.
